2,315 square foot addition to the existing warehouse building, to operate as a "show room", including pavement improvements to add accessible parking and access.
The proposal is located at 160 SE Bishop Boulevard, Lot 1, Chipman Subdivision No. 1, within the northwest ¼ of the northwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 45 East W.M.
The conditions applied to this proposal by means of this MDNS is/are as follows:
- The applicant must prepare and submit a traffic impact study with the development site plan application. The study shall evaluate any improvements needed to SE Bishop Blvd. and/or both driveways necessary to reduce conflicts and traffic congestion on SE Bishop Blvd. This includes mitigating the possibility of traffic backing up into the S. Grand Ave. / SE Bishop Blvd. intersection. The site plan shall provide for any off-site mitigation as determined by the said traffic impact study.
