These Sites are controlled and operated by the City of Pullman from its location in Pullman, Washington. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts sitting in Whitman County, Washington.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties as to their subject matter, and there are no other terms, conditions or obligations between the parties relating to the use of these Sites, other than those contained in these Terms.
