You have many options when it comes to paying your utility bill.  Get set up for automatic deduction, and don't worry about missing a due date ever again. Other options include paying online, over the phone, in-person, or by using our drop-box located on Paradise Street. Learn more about each of these payment options using the drop down menu below.
Ways To Pay Your Bill
Automatic Deduction
The City of Pullman offers an easy, convenient, and free option to have payment automatically deducted from your checking account on the 15th of each month. To enroll, please complete this Agreement for Pre-Authorized Debit form, and provide it, and a voided check for the account to be debited to our Finance Department.

With your signed authorization, the Finance Department will automatically deduct your monthly utility bill payment from your bank account.

For all forms submitted by the 10th of the month, a zero dollar test payment will be performed in the first month. The first automatic deduction will occur on the 15th of each month starting in the second month.

Online
Paying your monthly utility bill online allows you the control to review charges, and pay the balance due at your convenience. InvoiceCloud is an independent, third-party automated payment service that process payments for customers using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or direct from your checking account.

InvoiceCloud charges processing fees that are independent of, and in addition to the balance due for City of Pullman utility service provided. The service fee of $3.95 charged by InvoiceCloud is separate and in addition to the amount being applied to your utility account payment. The City of Pullman does not receive any portion of this additional service fee.

You may pay your bill by phone, by calling 509-204-3608.

In-Person Payment
Cash or check payment can be accepted in-person by our Finance Staff Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM an 5:00 PM at Pullman City Hall.
