City Council Remote Public Comment

If you wish to address or suggest an item of New Business at an upcoming City Council meeting, please fill out this form to be added to the New Business Speakers List by the City Clerk. The deadline to sign up is by 5:00 p.m. the night of the meeting. Directions for how to participate remotely will be sent to you by 6:45 p.m. the evening of the meeting you have signed-up to speak at. If you have any questions, please contact the City Clerk (phone # & e-mail form to the right).

Note: Public comment is only taken during the New Business section of the agenda unless the agenda item calls for public comments or the City Council has determined public comment should be taken on a specific legislative item.  The City Council strongly encourages citizens to advise the Mayor or City Administrator of the intention to bring an item of new business before the City Council prior to the City Council meeting to ensure the item is properly an item of new business. The Mayor may impose time limits on public comments.
