NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ISSUES AIR QUALITY ALERT FOR EASTERN WASHINGTON
Pullman – As smoke continues to plague Pullman and the greater Palouse Region, the National Weather Service issued an "Air Quality Alert" for Eastern Washington, Governor Gregoire has issued a burn ban, and the Department of Ecology warns that air quality in the Palouse region continues to deteriorate.
