Reward Offered for Pullman Planned Parenthood Arson


PULLMAN – An award of up to $10,000 is being offered by the Arson Alarm Foundation and NW Insurance Council for information leading to the arrest or conviction of those responsible for the September 4 arson at the Planned Parenthood building in Pullman.


Anyone with any information about who was involved in, or has knowledge of, the arson is asked to contact the Pullman Police Department at (509) 334-0802. Anonymous tips are accepted.


The fire, at 3:32 am on September 4, 2015 at the Planned Parenthood building in Pullman, 1521 SE King Drive, was determined by investigators to be arson. The scene investigation was led by the Pullman Fire Department with assistance from arson investigators from Pullman Police, Washington State University Police, and US Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATFE).


At the conclusion of the investigation at the fire scene, the investigation was transitioned to the Pullman Police Department. In addition to the agencies assisting at the fire scene, the FBI’s Inland Northwest Joint Terrorism Task Force (NJTTF) is providing investigative assistance, with support from the Whitman County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the US Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington.
