At their regular meeting of Tuesday, August 28, 2018 City Council adopted their 2018-19 slate of strategic priorities and goals

The Mayor and City Council received input from residents, businesses, and other civic groups to help inform their planning strategy. Groups, such as the Town-Gown Collaborative (an initiative started between Mayor Johnson and President Schulz), Pullman 2040, and the Pullman Downtown Association have helped to provide input in the goal-setting process.

The goals, which fall under the priorities, are a mix of short-, medium- and long-term items that the Mayor and City Council have determined are focus areas of city personnel and community partners to support and develop work plans and deliverables.
